стосується Загального оголошення про закупівлю від 15 травня 2024 року, яке
було опубліковане в рамах цього проєкту на вебсайті НЕФКО у розділі «Оголошення
про закупівлі» (https://www.nefco.int).
Комунальне підприємство Вінницької
міської ради «Вінницяміськтеплоенерго», іменоване надалі «Замовник», має намір
використати частину коштів фінансування, отриманого від Фонду
Шведсько-Української програми підтримання централізованого теплопостачання
(далі – «SUDH») та Фонду Східноєвропейського партнерства з енергоефективності
та довкілля* (далі – «E5P») через менеджера фонду, Північну екологічну
фінансову корпорацію (далі – «НЕФКО»), на оплату витрат в рамах проєкту
«Модернізація системи централізованого теплопостачання в місті Вінниця».
Контракт «Поставка та встановлення
індивідуальних теплових пунктів» фінансуватиметься за рахунок грантів SUDH,
E5P, отриманих через менеджера фонду, НЕФКО, та з місцевого внеску. Замовник
цим запрошує Підрядників подавати запечатані тендерні пропозиції для отримання
контракту «Поставка та встановлення індивідуальних теплових пунктів», що
фінансуватиметься частиною коштів фінансування:
«Поставка та встановлення індивідуальних
теплових пунктів». Замовник має намір закупити, встановити та ввести в
експлуатацію нове обладнання у Вінниці – індивідуальні теплові пункти (далі
– «ІТП»). Контракт включає проєктування, постачання обладнання та матеріалів,
монтаж та введення обладнання в експлуатацію, а також навчання. Основною
частиною обсягу постачання є:

Установлення 95 індивідуальних теплових пунктів.
Тендери щодо контрактів, які
фінансуються НЕФКО, є відкритими для фірм/осіб з будь-якої країни.

Invitation for Tender
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 15
May 2024 for this project which was published on the the Procurement Notices
section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int).
Public Utility of Vinnytsia City Council “Vinnytsiamiskteploenergo”,
hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds
of financing from Sweden-Ukraine District Heating Fund (hereinafter “SUDH”) and
Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (hereinafter
“E5P”) Fund* through the fund manager Nordic Environment Finance Corporation
(hereinafter “NEFCO”) towards the cost of “Upgrade of district heating system
in Vinnytsya”.
“Supply and Installation of Individual Heating Substations” contract will
be financed by the SUDH and E5P grants, through the fund manager NEFCO, and
Local contribution.
The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following
contract Supply and Installation of Individual Heating Substations to be funded
from part of the proceeds of the financing:
“Supply and Installation of Individual Heating Substations”. The Employer
intends to procure, install and put into operation new equipment in Vinnytsya –
Individual Heating Substations (hereinafter “IHS” – in direct translation into
Ukrainian language Individual Thermo Points (ITP). The Contract includes
design, delivery of the equipment and materials, installation, commissioning of
the equipment and training. The main part of the Scope of Supply is:

Installation of 95 Individual
Heating Substations.
Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of NEFCO
financing is open to firms/individuals from any country.
